Is it possible to have quantity 1.5? Or 1.25?
It works for me in Sales Invoices. Try it yourself in whatever transaction you are entering. You can always delete the transaction if it doesn’t work for some reason.
Manager is designed to support fractional quantities so it’s completely fine.
But it doesn’t work for me. I get always 1 as a quantity in the final invoice output.
When you create a new Sales Invoice, you will see a drop-down menu where you can select a rounding method. Make sure “None” is selected. If you don’t see that option, you probably have an obsolete version of Manager installed.
Also, check your Preferences settings. You may have selected a date and number format that rounds to whole numbers.
Actually rounding method is for the purpose of rounding invoice totals. It will have no effect on quantity field.
What is your Date & number format set under Preferences tab? I’ll try to reproduce it that way.
Actually, when I checked the “Round off total” the value appears.
It doesn’t work with a dot ‘.’ but with a comma ‘,’.
