Hi I am trying to show as spend money option in Purchase invoices but i am not able to do that because its asking suspense and i am not able find where to create it. and i would like to know is it possible show cheque payment also. ---

Click on the suspense and a drop down should appear listing available cash accounts, select the cash account you want. If the drop down is blank then you haven’t created any cash accounts, so go to Cash Accounts tab first and create them there Otherwise post a screenshot of exactly where you are looking. ---
