Purchase Invoice

Hi everyone, data entry staff complained they noticed that after creating a Purchase invoice, when they view same invoice subsequently, they noticed the Items entered on the invoice has changed to another item.

Has anyone notice this before? What could be the cause please?

Human error. Check history of the Purchase Invoice.
