Once my clients confirm the quotation and I completed half of the jobs, i wanted to issue a progressive claim for my customers. what should I do?
Issue a sales invoice for the amount completed. If you are billing by the hour, you should look into using Billable Time.

should issue the the sales invoice with 10k or 20k?

That depends entirely on your agreement with the customer for billing. Issue the sales invoice for the amount for which you are entitled to payment. In this case, it sounds like 10k.

So the first invoice for the progressive claim will be 10k and after the job is done, I issue another invoice with the remaining 10k right?
