The program stops working after 1 or 2 minutes working . then i must cancel and reopen the program and again 1 minute then stops . I use windows 8.1 , 64 bits . Any Solution?
Are you using the desktop, server, or cloud edition?
Cloud edition
Visit the customer service page and restart your cloud server. Also do a speed test to be sure you are using the fastest location.
