Profit & Loss Calculation - only fully paid invoice

I would like to know if it’s possible to generate a yearly P&L with only the fully paid invoices?

Accrual and Cash basis are not really helpful for personal needs.

Please advice how to it if possible or a way around to achieve this goal.

No.

Except for some exotic, hybrid forms that Manager does not support, those are the two forms of accounting. They have been the choices since double-entry accounting was invented over 500 years ago.
