Problem running Manager on Win 7

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem. hostname, LOCALHOST is not resolved, I have added a screenshot of the error, this has never happened when loading/ running any other program, I have even tried repairing windows and then downloading Manager again, same result.
I am running Windows 7 ultimate.

The error reads,
ERROR: Your hosts file (C:\Windows\systems32\drivers\etc\hosts) appears to be corrupted because hostname LOCALHOST is not resolved to 127.0.0.1

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Can you open C:\Windows\systems32\drivers\etc\hosts and paste the content of this file in here?

Remove this line from your hosts file.

0.0.0.0 localhost

Then restart your computer. That should fix the issue.

Will give it a go.

Sorry I took so long but had to change administrator settings before I could change the file.
I have now changed and rebooted but still the same error message.
Any more ideas?

try removing the ::1 localhost line as well

Thanks Suohryn, I changed it to a comment line (#) and that has done the trick.
Still no idea why I had to make these changes, all other programs work fine.
Once again I would like to thank Lubos and Suohryu for helping so fast and so positively.
