No. Manager is accounting software, not pricing software. No accounting principle precludes selling below cost. There are many valid business reasons for doing so: advertising, brand promotion, stale inventory reduction, loyalty rewards for good customers, product obsolescence, and I could go on.
This would never be “account people” but “sales peope” and in your case consider using a Point of Sales Application (POS) for this. I echo all @Tut already mentioned.
