Posting sales quotes using Api in Excel

I have very limited knowledge about APIs, but I’m trying to find a way to create and post a sales quote using Excel.
I’m not sure if this is even possible.
I’ve looked through Manager’s API documentation on this topic, but I couldn’t figure out the correct method.
If anyone could explain how this can be done, I would greatly appreciate it.

That aside, the new api is self explanatory and very easy to use by any developer, so you can get anyone with VBA + api skills to write a code that can pull data from Excel and post in Manager.
