M macbook software has been crashed and i dont have any back up,what should i do now
unless you provide any details, no user on the forum can even understand if your question is related to Manager accounting software.
In April @Patch already gave you advice on the need to make backups. Having problem in software after update - #4 by Joe91 It is surprising that you did not. If your Mac crashed then maybe some hard disk recovery software or service may find your active version otherwise your data may be lost. When you then start afresh I would recommend to search this forum on the need to regularly backup Manager files to different places.
