i bought a paymaker software and would like to reconcile with Manager. Have made payments etc. How do i reconcile on Manager to at least the total salary payout balances with the bank accounts.

You would use the summary report from paymaker for the particular payroll period and use that data to create the Spend Money entry in Manager.
