In Quotation, I need to put optional item column that did not add the into total value, because some customer request, it is possible?

Here’s a simple way to show optional items on a quotation without affecting the total:
Add a custom column called “Optional”
Go to Settings → Custom fields → Line item custom fields (for Quotes/Quotations).
Create a new custom field, Type: Checkbox, Label: Optional (or “Optional item”).
Enable it to show as a column on forms.
Edit your quotation and mark optional lines
When adding line items, tick the “Optional” checkbox for any items you want to show but not include in totals.
Exclude optional lines from totals
Because Manager doesn’t natively exclude line items from totals, use one of these approaches:
Easiest: Enter quantity as 0 for optional lines. They’ll show with price, but contribute 0 to the total. Add a note like “Optional items priced but not included in total.”
Alternative: Put optional items in a separate “Notes” or “Description-only” line (no amount) and show the price in the description. This keeps them informative but never totals them.
Clarify to the customer
Add a note at the bottom: “Optional items are shown for reference and not included in the total.”
When the customer accepts options
Update the quotation: change quantity from 0 to the desired quantity (or move the item from description-only to a normal line) to include it in the total.
