I installed the “Northwind” demo. In list view (inventory items for example) there are less colums then in my own version. How to set the (nr of) colum views (view or not view them) in list view?

the number of columns depend on what tabs have been enabled and what has been to set to show as a column. it is possible your business and Northwind have completely different data.
