When a pointer hovers over the tabs/modules in the collapsed state in 22.3.18, no infotip/tooltip/tab name appears for modules. The infotip is very useful for new users who are yet to memorise the icons and whose internet is not that fast and therefore must always click on the right tab to avoid delays. Since no withdrawal announcement for this feature has been made. I will add it to bugs.
