Why does the system allow you to sell stock items not available in store. Invariably, it allows negative stock. Where can this be turned off.
Secondly, the software should have the ability to export reports to Microsoft excel. Currently, you can send to PDF but not excel.

Selling of negative-balance stock is allowed because some businesses do not order inventory until it is sold.
Export button is at the bottom right of exportable lists and reports. If not there, the view cannot be exported.

I believe the issue of allowing negative quantity should be optional. I should be able to allow or disallow.
Some businesses do not also allow Negative Quantities.
Our business never allow negative quantities, so better make it as an optional based on business.
