Need help on this crash

I have encountered this crash for 3 days already. It’s so annoying when you have to rush things but this keeps going. My other colleagues have not experienced this though.

Is it my browser? FYI, I regularly do disk cleanup and I just did refresh the cloud server.
Please help me. Been a few days in tolerancing but today I gave up.

@DSM_Enterprise, you have provided an image with no information. It looks like an empty dialog box. But what action triggers it? Whatever it is, do your colleagues perform the exact same action without a problem? Does it happen if you use a different browser?

A few things to try:

  • try running it whilst Chrome browser is in Incognito mode
  • try running it whilst Chrome browser is running with no extensions (do a Google search to see how to do this)
  • try using a different browser (You already have Microsoft Edge installed. Try that)
