Right now, the user has to click the dropdown and then select the option of Create and Add Another.
Having it as a stand alone button would reduce time user spends while creating lot of entries.

Thinking about this, not even sure why did I put the button into drop-down menu since there would be always just one option. The latest version (19.5.54) puts the button on the same level as Create button.
