I am using the ‘Guides’ to set up and when I get to “Add totals next” I don’t have a ‘New Total’ tab in my heading. Where has it gone ?? Please

I assume you are referring to creating your chart of accounts. If so, the button is right there under Settings => Chart of Accounts:
Totals apply only to P&L accounts, not balance sheet accounts.
Of course it is. I was looking for 3 buttons in a row but my screen shows ‘New Total’ underneath the other 2 buttons. My error.
Thanks for the very quick response to my query, I am amazed.
I am trying the programme out to see if it will be suitable for our charity. We are trying to establish a Men’s Shed and we are struggling finding premises and registering (in Scotland) as a charity.
