Missing Fields in Sales Invoice

Hi, I used to be able to be able to key in my own invoice number and also had a field for customer PO. Now when i “create new” invoice, I am not able to see these fields anymore. Can anyone help?

Thanks Shane! I deleted my version of Manager from my laptop and downloaded it again (the latest version) and now it works fine.

For future reference, you should be able to skip the deleting step. Just installing over the top of the old version works too.
