I have recently migrated to online from desktop, after migration there are some details missing or mismatch the record, in the one particular invoice i charged Transport, before i was showing in summary section, after migration it was not reflecting there. please find the attached screen shot.

It will be challenging to verify this since we cannot see the transactions you claim to have entered in the old file. However, I recommend the following approach:
Please reattempt the upload, as it is possible that an incorrect file (such as a previous backup) was selected instead of the most recent version. To avoid this, I suggest creating a dedicated folder for this process and saving the new backup there, rather than mixing it with older backups. Once done, try the upload again.
