Let’s start with material management part:

  1. Describe your material movement. Buy to Order, Make to Order or Store?

  2. Do you own this material or is is owned by the Customer?

  3. Do you use job costing?

  4. What is the expected outcome in terms of reporting do you require?

  5. What are the problems that you need keep an eye on in terms of material management?

It would be great if you provided a case narative with this information as well as any other information that you see relevant.
