Manager.io becomes unresponsive

Recently I experience that the program becomes unresponsive after a few actions within the program. It happens usually within 10 to 20 actions like opening certain menu items. Any indication where to start looking for this problem? My assumption is that it has to do with my computer.

You’re presumably running the desktop version of Manager?

  1. Which operating system are you using?
  2. Which version of Manager do you have installed?
  3. Do you have any other applications open at the same time?
  4. How responsive is the computer when simply browsing web sites?
  5. Have you performed a complete virus/malware scan of your computer?

it’s unlikely that Manager has suddenly outgrown your computer - more likely that something else has started running in the background or your operating system has been updated.

Hi,

  1. Win10 64 bit
  2. every update since then untill just now version 19.1.22
  3. Various but that was not an issue before
  4. very responsive
  5. regularly

Now testing with server edition. Seems to be working perfect.
