I have created a brand new business in Manager Desktop 26.7.6.3652.
The Business Details screen has no Country field or VAT registration fields.
There are no Tax Codes or VAT options under Settings or Customize.
How do I enable UK VAT localisation in this version?

You need to install VAT worksheet & VAT codes from Extensions menu found in the top nav bar
