Mailmerge clients to Excel

Is there a solution to export the database (selection of clients: Company name, contact name, adres) from Manager to Xcell? In a way that every information is in a seperate cell on one row.
Like:
1A “Company name”
1B “Contact name”
1C “Adress (street)”
1D “zippcode and town”

The problem i experience with export is that the Adress and zippcode/town is in the same colum but on a different row…
Like:
1A “Company name”
1B “Contact name”
1C “Adress (street)”
2C “zippcode and town”
This way i can not mailmerge this in a correct way to adreslabels or to other print (personalized letters)

PS The reason of this ‘bug’ is that the “adress + zippcode town” is filled in one window (invoice adres)
Maybe there is a solution to change this to two seperate windows ?

Does anyone has a clue?

You should create custom fields and use Address only street.

Oke, that is a solution, but not my first option to do it this way…
In this way, you need to fill in two type of address field. the normal “invoice adress”
and the two new custom fields “adress” and “zippcode town”…
but oke, i agree.

You shouldn’t. You should only edit the theme in order to show the fields the way you want them and just compile the right fields.
