in the sales invoice , today noticed when non-inventory item is picked the expenses account is not reflecting in the sale invoice line.

What version number of the program are you using?

The cloud edition is always up to date (unless frozen for major software enhancements). There were several updates today. So try again after closing your browser and restarting and logging back in. See if the problem remains.
