# Linking with Zakat and Tax

**How can the [Manager.io](http://Manager.io) accounting program be linked to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as part of the electronic invoicing requirements for the second phase?**

Welcome to the forum @abboud,

You need to:

1. Set your country to KSA. You can do so from **Settings** \> **Business Details**

2. Create a dummy **Sales Invoice** and before clicking on Create, check the box that says ☑ `Relay` and fill in this url:

```auto
https://zatcaegs.azurewebsites.net/relay

```

1. On the View screen of the invoice, click on Relay and this will start your onboarding process
