Limiting Business File/Storage Usage

Hello @mraniweneonline,

Although I can relate to your problem being a professional accountant, but I agree with @compuit.

You have many options to reduce a business storage footprint on your server:

  1. Encourage large businesses to have their own dedicated server. This is my go to solution. You can still manage their server if you like, you just need to ensure that this is well documented in your contract terms.

  2. You can use Vacuum feature to compress your business size —I just learned about this myself. See this other post:

  3. You can go to Attachments menu, filter by earliest added attachments and Batch Delete old attachments in one go. This shouldn’t take more than 5min per business every once in a blue moon. But as with option 1 here, you need to ensure that you have the legal rights to do so. A legal notice to your clients to update your terms could do the trick.

This got me thinking of a bulk download option for attachments tab.
