When i export my sales to excel i get my item and Customer in some key id form , it very difficult for me get which item is sold from excel as there are 100+ items.
What exactly are you “exporting” and how? There is no export function in Manager. There are batch operations and copy functions.
When i copy to clipboard the whole sales invoice for batch operation and paste in excel , the items are in key id form.
That is how the program identifies subsidiary registers, as explained in Guides. If you are not prepared to deal with the program’s design, you should not be using batch operations. No one advertises them as being simple to use without a certain level of IT skill.
The developer has mentioned eventual replacement of the UUIDs with plain language. Until that happens, there is no way around a tedious identification of UUIDs with specific items, customers, employees, etc.
