Issue with sever edition 26.8.22

Hi all , I have issue with sever edition version 26.8.22 can not access from another network PC via the sever IP address , no problem with firewall ، is this version issue or I have problem in my network , thanks .

I’m not sure why this happened, however:

  1. Have you checked firewals on both client and server?

  2. Have you deployed your server securely using https?

  3. Is Manager process running on your server?

  4. What error do you get on your client?

I would add some other questions to @Ealfardan 's list:

  1. Did you have a previous version working or is this your first try to use server edition?
  2. Did you add the port number after the IP address? (see https://www.manager.io/server-edition)
  3. What operating system Windows, macOS or Linux and version are you using?

Please also note from https://www.manager.io/server-edition that:

We do not provide installation service. Server edition works as a custom web-server. If you do not have an experience with web-servers, please seek local IT specialist or sign up for cloud edition.
