Invoice totals at the bottom of page not where items end

I have a client who is requesting that the documents that is invoice, orders, quotes, etc have the normal format of document where the total is placed at the bottom of the page unlike where it is normally placed in manager, i.e. where items end.

You could arrange this with a custom theme.
