Invoice Reference - Twice

Hi,

The invoice reference is creating the same but with different details. And once i edit the reference, the system auto delete both invoices.

Hello @Baseline,

That doesn’t sound right.

However, I’m not entirely sure that I fully understand your situation.

Let’s start by getting some basic information:

  • What’s your Edition of Manager? Cloud, Desktop or Server?

  • What Version number is your Manager?

  • Have you tried bookmarking any of these two invoices to see whether the link still works after changing the Reference?

  • Have you examined the History after this change took place?
