Inventory transfer and invoice posting from location with no inventory

I am new to Manager.io and was able to read and listen to how to start with it. I uploaded my inventory and saved in unspecified. I tried moving but not going through except if done one by one to reflect.
I created 2 locations A and B and moved a specific item to A and nothing to B. I tried posting invoice and chose location as the inventory location. I was expecting it to say, I do not have stock at that location but invoice was posted normally. The qty I used was more than I have stock, also no complain was received though it shoed negative qty looking at the inventory items.
Is there a way to correct these 2 challenges or that is the way it is in manager.io?

Exactly what do you mean by this? Each inventory transfer is from one location to one other location. But you can move as many different inventory items as you want on each transfer form. Just add lines. So, if you have two locations, you can move all your inventory with just two transfers.
