Inventory profit margins are showing profits for items i have not sold

@gerardo please check how it looks in the latest version (25.2.13). I took different approach which should make the report accurate and consistent.

Added "Cost of sales" to sales invoices tab

The latest version (25.2.13) is adding a Cost of Sales column under the Sales Invoices tab.
