here we could see the price + calculated freight.
in the last version, where we can see this? the fastest way

No. Average cost of inventory items shows in the Inventory Items listing. Average cost includes freight-in costs if you have added them.
but average cost is based in last purchase invoice, or all past invoices?
All past purchases.
