Insert Tax Payable from previous years

Hello from Greece and congratulations for the amazing job you have done.
I want to start a new business in Manager but I have to take into account a negative Tax Payable amount from previous years.
Is there a way to insert this negative amount as an initial value?

Under Setting - Start Date and you entered a starting date, if no, enter a starting date.

Then go to Setting - Chart of Accounts and select Edit next to the Tax Payable account and tick the Starting Balances as at tick box and enter the amount.

If you owe the tax amount select Credit, but if it’s being re-paid you select Debit
