There was a discussion 2 years ago about Microsoft’s unwillingness to use 3rd-party fonts: [Font type and size - #15 by Tut](https://forum.manager.io/t/font-type-and-size/4449/15). But it did not extend to the entire operating system. Maybe that has been tightened up.
