Inactive account: Some fields not greying out

On inactive accounts, some custom fields (esp date) are not greying out. Bug or design limitation?

Though not serious, this is still a bug.

And since the issue appears to only affect Custom fields, for all we know, there could be other manifestations of this bugs other than date fields so I took the liberity to change the topic title accordingly.
