Why cannot import new company by URL ?
Because that feature was removed. Quoting from the most recent edition of the newsletter:
The ability to import business data files from a URL was removed from the program. The feature originally benefited server and cloud edition users with very large data files, who sometimes believed the import process was not working. But it essentially imposed an extra step in the import process. It has been replaced by a progress bar showing that the import is underway. The import or restoration process is once again the same for all file sizes and editions of Manager.
