Hi there, I accidentally overwrite a journal entry while trying to clone an old old. I have that journal entry backed up. Is there a way to transfer that specific journal entry?
Thanks
Jimmy

In the History you can undo the change
No, you cannot import one transaction. You would have to import the entire backup, review the transaction, and recreate it. Then you could remove the backup. Much easier to follow @Joe91’s suggestion and use History to undo the change. You can read the Guide about it.
I dont know how to undo the change in the history, however if i convert the entry onto a spreadsheet, is there anyway to recreate a journal entry from there, as I have probably 50 entries in that Journal.
Then you did not take the time to find and read the Guide: https://www.manager.io/guides/29733.
When other users tell you how to do something, please do not ignore them while asking for more help.
Actually, I don’t even have a ‘history’ button as I am using an outdated version of the software. I never ignore any help from anyone. Thanks for the help anyway.
Thanks

Thank you, I will try.

You can use batch update/batch create.
