If i create an invoice and add an image while editing, then save the invoice and go to the invoices tab, i see the image icon by the newly created invoice.
However, if i go back into the edit screen for that invoice then save it, when i go back to the invoice page the image icon is gone.
The image is still visible on the edit screen, just missing the icon on the main screen.
