I work in company that provide services just training, With all training we issue id card. I record available ids as stock. Now i need to issue ids but not by sales invoice. Any one have another method?

Stock is something physical that you purchase or produce for sale to customers.

Why not by Sales Invoice? You could set the price to 0 (zero) no?

Because in non inventory items must to direct the item into sales account and purchase account. I’m sorry if my english is not good.
I don’t want it to appear in invoice it not important for client and this owner oppinion.

The only things Manager counts are inventory items. If you want the program to track these IDs, you have no alternative to treating them as inventory items and recording their issuance on sales invoices or receipts.
You should realize, however, that there are many, many administrative tasks involved with a business like yours (providing training) that have nothing to do with accounting. This seems like one. What you would be counting is the remaining blank ID cards that have not yet been given to students in your training activities. In other words, you would be counting pieces of blank paper.
Manager will not maintain records of which students have completed training. You need some other system for that.

I tried it. But it need to sales account and purchase account mandatory and we have more than account for sales.
The ID cards may well be what you are selling, but they are not inventory items but just away of keeping track of your sales.
