As @Joe91 explained consult an accountant. I find it even more pressing given this request on a forum. There is a list at https://www.manager.io/accountants that you could consider. Alternativelhy find someone active in your sector and in your tax jurisdiction and ask for a sample chart of accounts or search the internet for same.
I suggest you create several test business in Manager with different chart of accounts ideas. To make variations you can backup the Manager file the restore it and change the new business name.
Enter test representative data and look at the resultant report to see if it gives you the information you need to manage your business.
After which you can check with your accountant to ensure it’s also shows the effect of regulations in your jurisdiction. However it is likely your accountant will be able to extract the required information if your chart of accounts clearly shows what is happening in your business.
