HTTP Error 414 when entering multiple vouchers

I’m using the Manager.io Cloud version, and I’ve recently started getting an error after entering several vouchers (usually 4–5 in a row).

After saving the 4th or 5th voucher, the screen shows this message:

“This page isn’t working. If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR 414.”

The vouchers are saved successfully, but the system stops responding, and I have to refresh or reopen the business to continue.

It seems to happen more often when I use the Clone function repeatedly or stay in the same browser tab for a while.

Could you please check if this is a known issue or if a fix is planned for the Cloud version?

HTTP ERROR 414 suggests that the URI used is too long.

As far as I know, @lubos is the right person to take an expert look at this.

Manager is storing breadcrumb state in URL. This shouldn’t be an issue for most web-browsers.

@irfanhaider what web-browser are you using? Have you noticed breadcrumb trail is growing before reaching 414 error?
