How to show Receipts as Income (legal fees) so they show up in Profit and Loss Report as income

I have entered all the payments that I have received in Receipts but they do not show in Profit and Loss, the only Income related in area for Accounts is Interest and Sales, Is there a way to designate them as Legal fees or just make them Sales . I need them to be income not expenses so will show up in Profit and Loss Report

Add an additional Profit & Loss account. Go to: Settings→ Chart of Accounts→ New Account (P&L)
