How to rename "Sales Invoices" module to "Subscription Form" in sidebar (Desktop Edition)

Hello Manager Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m currently using the desktop edition of Manager.io, and I would like to know if there is any way to change the name of a module in the sidebar — specifically, I want to rename the “Sales Invoices” module to “Subscription Form”.

This is to better reflect the nature of our business, as we do not issue traditional invoices but rather subscription forms for our clients. I understand that it’s possible to customize printed templates, but I’m asking if there’s a way to also change the module name within the software interface.

If this is not currently supported, is there any workaround (through localization, language files, or customization of the source code) that might help achieve this?

Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

This is already an idea for implementation:

However, I wouldn’t hold my breath for it being implemented any time soon, unfortunately, because it’s competing with some 350 other ideas, some of which have higher priority.

I would still give what @Mahfuzur_Rahman suggested a try though.

Manager.io doesn’t support renaming sidebar modules yet. You could try editing language files or the source code, but it needs technical skills. Hopefully, this feature will come in future updates.

You may consider using the Debit Note module. The goal is to record subscription receivable by debiting members account and crediting a liability or income account. That is professional.
