Two observations:
The date range you set from the Summary page can be set for your fiscal year and then you do not have to change it until the next fiscal year.
I also see that you are managing Fixed Assets manually, which is okay and probably made the set-up easier. Just so you know, manager does have a Fixed Assets module. There is a section in the guides on using the Fixed Assets module that you should read.
