# How to pay the salary manually

how to pay the salary manually by using bank or cash

That’s quite simple, click the bank accounts or the cash accounts, select the account you would like to pay the salary and then click on the Spend Money button on the top.

If you have the payslip setup, the account is placed under the Employee Clearing Account.
