How to define specific Tracking Code in Custom Report

I need two simple separate reports: Check Report and Receipt Report. Since I couldn’t see a pre-done Report for either one, I created two separate Custom Reports. I first assigned a Tracking Code to Receipts, and a different Tracking Code to Checks. The problem is that each Custom Report is including both Receipts and Checks/Payments in the same report. I am unable to figure out how to filter down the Tracking Code to choose only one. I tried making each Tracking Code inactive in turn. But, that didn’t work. The only thing that worked was to go into Payments & Receipts and manually delete the Tracking Code for each check or receipt entry that I didn’t want on the specific report. I tried all sorts of combinations with the Tracking Codes, but cannot come up with a way to specifically define the Tracking Code I want to use for a particular report. Is there a way to avoid having to manually enter and delete each Tracking Code as I need them for reports? I guess there needs to be an additional filter for Tracking Codes on the Custom Report generator, or else I’m just missing it. Thank you for your time!

It is impossible to offer guidance about custom reports without seeing your report definition and the result.

I only want the Deposits to show on this Report.

Wow, I blocked out the private info but it didn’t hold. I wonder what I did wrong. Sorry! I don’t know how to fix it.

I don’t know how to delete the other post!

Use Tracking code contains not is not empty

I figured out how to delete the unblocked documents. Sorry about that!

Okay, I’ll try that. Got to leave for an appointment right now. Will try it, and let you know. Thanks!

Yes, that worked! I thought I had already tried it. Thank you!
