How to create new business from existing business but with zero balance

Hi I have existing business in manager cloud. i want to open new business but with the same settings i have done in existing cloud. but i want all accounts balance zero, like complete new business
can I have some idea

Back Up the current business,
Change the name to new business.
then in Batch Operation do the Batch Delete practice
to zero all accounts.
