I want to create a report which shows that balance inventory items of my inventory and i want to create it through custom report.

Have you looked at the various inventory reports available under Reports? If they don’t suit your needs, what information are trying to have on a report?

The Inventory Quantity Movement Report will show you quantities on hand if that is what you require.
